Threads

Introducing a new rope social event called Threads.

This event is for all cis and trans women as well as non-binary people who are comfortable in a space that centres on the experiences of women. No he/him.

Threads is a casual get together for those that enjoy rope play, also available for folks that just want to hang out in a welcoming and safe environment.

It is held on the last Sunday of each month from midday to 3pm at Studio Kink Sydney.

All types of rope styles are welcome.

You must be over 18 to attend.

Studio Kink is a premier kink education and community space located in St Peter’s Sydney. We are pretty serious about matters of consent and respectful behaviour towards one another so please read our terms and conditions of entry. If in doubt, speak to your host – Aleni De Viate.

What to wear: Casual street or active wear is recommended but basically anything you want.

What to bring: rope if you have it, food if you want it. The studio has kitchen facilities and a water cooler. Coffee and Tea is available. Please feel free to bring delicious snacks.

What not to bring: This is a “dry” event. There are some lovely pubs just up the road where you can imbibe before or after our event but we ask that for this event, non-alcoholic drinks only.

Are you an artist? If you would like to bring drawing materials please make sure you ask your subjects prior to capturing their rope scene.

Can you photograph your rope? We all like to show off our work on social media, be mindful of people in the background of your shots and always ask permission to photograph even if you are keeping the image private use only.

Tickets are $10 per person, or $15 on the door unless sold out prior.
